Bellus Academy offers a comprehensive esthetician program that seeks to elevate industry standards through the use of premium products and offering in-depth education and training relating to the rejuvenation and care of the skin. Experienced faculty use methods to engage student with visual, verbal, written, and hands-on learning to prepare them for success on the state licensing exam. The esthetician program at Jasmine Beauty School comprises of technical instruction and practical training that covers all aspects of skin care. Faculty will use lectures, demonstrations, and interactive sessions in the classroom to cover the required theoretical training. The esthetician program at American Beauty Institute educates adults in the fundamentals of skin care as set forth by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. The esthetician program at California Hair Design Academy provides students with real world experience as they serve clients use modern equipment and products. Students will use the DERMALOGICA product line and use tools from the extensive student kit. Apart from the fundamentals, students will learn advanced techniques such as hot stone therapy, body wrapping, Jesner chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Brazilian waxing, and more. Instructors will guide students through the educational and interactive Pivot Point LAB system using stylized books and tablet included in the student kit.
